Hudson, NC – Pottery enthusiasts or novices, here’s your chance to explore your creative side and learn the art of pottery making. The HUB Station Art Center is excited to announce a 5-week hand building pottery class for adults, running from 5/16 to 6/13.
The pottery class is designed for beginners and intermediate students who want to learn the basics of pottery making through hand building techniques. The classes will be led by experienced pottery instructor Rebecca Reiff of Black Pug Pottery, who will guide the students through the process of creating their own unique and beautiful pieces. Perfect for any garden or patio!
During the five-week course, students will learn a variety of hand building techniques such as coiling, slab construction, and more. The instructor will also teach the students how to decorate and glaze their pottery creations. Each student will have access to clay, glazes, and all the necessary tools and materials needed to create their garden-themed masterpiece.
The 5-week hand building pottery class is open to adults (18+) of all skill levels, from beginners to intermediate students who want to further refine their skills. The class will take place every Tuesday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in the Pottery Studio located in the Activity Center at 143 Cedar Valley Rd., Hudson, NC.


Enrollment for the 5-week hand building pottery class is now open. Interested individuals can register online or by calling the HUB Station at (828) 726-8871. The registration fee for the class is $208, which includes all materials and tools needed for the class.
