TEEN & PRE-TEEN POTTERY CAMP
When school is out, art is in! Join us for a creative and fun-filled summer at our Teen and Pre-Teen Summer Pottery Camp for students age 11-15 years old!
What You’ll Learn –During this immersive camp, students will explore various hand-building methods, allowing them to craft unique and personalized pottery pieces. Our expert instructors will guide students through:

- * Pinch Pot Techniques– Learn the basics of shaping clay into beautiful and functional pinch pots
- * Coil Building – Master the art of creating larger forms by stacking and smoothing rolled clay coils.
- * Slab Construction – Use flat pieces of clay to construct boxes, tiles, and other geometric shapes.
- * Texturing and Decorating – Experiment with different tools and techniques to add textures, patterns, and decorations to their creations
- * Glazing and Finishing: Discover the process of glazing and finishing your pieces, readying them for firing in the kiln.
Each day will be filled with new techniques and projects, encouraging creativity and providing a sense of accomplishment as kids see their ideas take shape in clay.
