Artists need space to create their art—a dedicated place where they can lay out art supplies, make messes, get into a creative headspace, and avoid distractions. Our arts center at The HUB Station is the place for exactly that, specifically in our studio spaces. We have two different options if you are interested in a studio space for rent:
- Artist Palettes – This is a shared space for three smaller studios, which are approximately 250 square feet each. Our artist palettes are perfect for those who don’t need a ton of space for their art and who work well while being around other creative people.
- Large Artist Studios – We have several larger, individual, more private studio spaces for rent that are 600 square feet. The lease cost is $0.60/sq ft, and there are no additional charges for internet or utilities. You pay one “all-in” payment per month and have access to the space and privacy you need to create your art.
