BEGINNING WEAVING CLASS

Welcome to the Introduction to Weaving class! In this course, you’ll embark on a journey into the art of weaving, exploring its techniques and possibilities. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some experience, this class offers a supportive environment for you to learn and create beautiful woven pieces.

Materials:

All materials needed for the class will be provided. You’ll have access to looms, yarns, tools, and other weaving essentials necessary for your projects.

Class Options

1. Four-Week Session:
* Duration: 4 weeks
* Projects: Participants will have the opportunity to create 2-3 small projects such as scarves and table runners. These projects will introduce you to fundamental weaving techniques and help you develop your skills in a shorter timeframe.

2. Twelve-Week Session:
* Duration: 12 weeks
* Projects: Throughout the 12-week session, participants will delve deeper into weaving, creating multiple larger pieces. From wearable art to intricate tapestries, this extended session allows for more exploration and the creation of diverse woven works.
