DESCRIPTION:Register for our Beginning Pottery Class! This 4-week course is designed for adults (18+) of all skill levels, no previous experience is necessary. Students will explore basic handbuilding and slab work as well as learn various decorating and glazing techniques. Students will create multiple pieces throughout the course. Pinch pots, mugs, and trays are just a few of the custom creations you will make.\nWhat to Expect:\n\nFriendly Atmosphere: Join a community of fellow pottery enthusiasts, all excited to learn and create in a warm, welcoming environment.\nHands-On Experience: Dive into the world of hand building pottery – no pottery wheel needed! We’ll guide you through techniques like pinch pots, and slab construction.\nGet Playful with Colors: Learn how to glaze and finish your creations, adding that extra touch of charm with a pop of color or a soft, natural finish.\nSafety and Respect for All: We’re all about safety and respect in our studio. We’ll make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported throughout the course.\nShare and Learn Together: Join in on regular sharing sessions and give and receive feedback from your fellow artists.
